Shipping policy

All of our handmade leather products are shipped in the United Kingdom using:

Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class.
Signature on delivery.

Please note: as the products are handmade and hand-stitched to order, dispatch date will be between one week and two weeks after placing your order.

As all of the products offered at Tamsin Sarah Leatherworks are one-off pieces and custom made products, items will only eligible for a return if damaged on arrival. To start a return, you can contact us at tamsinleatherworks@gmail.com.  Items sent back to us without photo evidence of the arrived item and without first requesting a return within 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
